Coming from a Dance background, Nutrition has always been a big part of my life. To stay fit and healthy for dance rehearsals, auditions, and performances I have had to be aware of the right foods to eat for energy, recovery, and to maintain a certain weight.
Nutrition doesn't have to be boring, especially if you are trying to lose weight. There are many options, and different recipes, that will satisfy your appetite.
As your Nutrition Advisor, I will work with you to achieve your goals, whether that be to lose weight, gain weight, muscle bulk or to get healthy lifestyle. I will work around your schedule and devise a plan that will suit your needs, thats easy to achieve and fun to do.
